Las Vegas Petroleum is a rapidly growing operator of travel centers, consisting of gas stations, convenience stores and restaurants. With 13 Conoco-branded C&G assets in the Las Vegas Metro area, and the ability to purchase unbranded fuel through partnerships with Phillips 66, Gulf, Sunoco, 76, and Conoco, we supply over one million gallons of fuel per month to 32 locations. As we expand across the country, we are building out our corporate team to support this growth, ensuring low prices and high service at all of our locations.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a high-energy, highly skilled Executive Assistant to support the President of the company. This is a critical role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can confidently serve as the right hand to a Type "A" executive who demands excellence from his team. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and capable of working autonomously with little direction. You must be comfortable working with high expectations and handling confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the President, managing his schedule, meetings, and communications with impeccable organization.
Proactively anticipate the needs of the President and ensure he is prepared for all meetings, events, and travel.
Manage complex travel arrangements, both domestic and international, including accommodations, itineraries, and last-minute changes.
Handle high-priority and confidential correspondence, filtering communications and escalating urgent matters as necessary.
Provide high-level administrative support, including preparing reports, presentations, and other executive-level documents.
Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring that all logistical details are handled seamlessly.
Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned, working autonomously to drive results and deliver on deadlines.

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting a C-suite executive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and polished demeanor.
High proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) and experience with scheduling and travel management tools.
Ability to work autonomously, think ahead, and anticipate needs without requiring constant oversight.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
A sense of urgency, a proactive mindset, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
