Overview: The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for creating and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs and providing oversight for specific cases within the Verbal Beginnings community per clinical guidelines. They will utilize, understand, and apply work practices aligned with the core values and strategic plan of Verbal Beginnings. Responsibilities: As a Field-based BCBA, you will: Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand your clients Develop comprehensive treatment plans and plan evidence-based interventions Train, supervise, and support the RBTs working on your child’s team Collaborate with supervisors and the quality assurance team to achieve optimal client outcomes Coordinate with and train caregivers to empower them as partners in their child’s progress Qualifications: About You: You need a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field. You need to be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience supervising the implementation of ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs. You need to be licensed in the state of Maryland or actively pursuing licensure at the time of hire. You need to be dedicated to providing high-quality, outcomes-based care to our clients and their families.
