Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,523 per week

Certification Details Required certifications: BLS Preferred certifications: ACLS Job Details Hospital in Southern Arizona is looking for RNs to complete a 13 week assignment on their Med Surg 2 West unit. The right candidates will have 3 years of experience and have an active BLS. Job Requirements 3 years of experience Active BLS certification EPIC experience required Must be able to provide detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, and trauma level for each hospital in resume Ensure any employment gaps are explained Make sure certifications are accurate and up to date Active and in hand - AZ or Compact license required Experience: 2 years as RN, 1 year specialty Schedule Information Shifts & Scheduling: 6:45-7:15am/pm Weekend Requirement: Every other Holiday Requirement: Typically 2/3 holidays Call or Standby requirement: Low Census On Call Unit Specific Information Department: Med Surg | Tele NURSE PATIENT RATIOS: DAYS | 1:5-6 NIGHTS | 1:6 Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Mostly medical- Pneumonia, COPD, Radiation pts, AKI, occasional lap chole, appy, etc. Floating Requirements: MedSurg, stable low acuity in ICU, RDU and Foothills clinic RDU Scrub Color: Navy Blue How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation: One NEO, one clinical ed/EPIC, one day floor Additional Details Start dates are not flexible Radius Rule: 100 miles Time Off- Ensure dates make sense for the required start date and are 5 days or less Resume- Ensure resume information is accurate
