HVAC Residential and New Construction Installer A leading HVAC company with a 47-year history of excellence is looking for an HVAC Technician for Retrofit Residential and New Construction Installer to join their dynamic team. This role requires a mechanical background, the ability to troubleshoot and excellent customer service skills. Essential Job Responsibilities: Ensure that construction projects are properly designed using company standards Responsible for ensuring job readiness, including job communication for installers, material, and equipment deliveries Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the project and actively contribute to the builder upgrade program Work well with customers, co-workers, and subcontractors Build and sustain strong, professional relationships with builders Always Maintain a professional appearance and attitude. Complete all required paperwork, including job packets, change orders, and timecards, with accuracy and attention to detail.
