Med Surg LPN / LVN Contract Details: - $1,224 - $1,345 per week - NOC shift available - 13-week contract with possibility to extend - Consult and coordinate with facility health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans - Administer and record prescribed medications - Report adverse reactions to medications or treatments - Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.
