If you pride yourself on doing the job right and have a passion for problem-solving, we want to hear from you What You'll Do: Maintain and repair mechanical, hydro-static, hydraulic, electrical, aggregate, and diesel systems . Diagnose equipment failures using the latest diagnostic tools and perform necessary repairs. Document all procedures, order parts, and provide time estimates for repairs. Complete required technician training classes to sharpen your skills. Apply safety best practices while working on equipment in the field. What We're Looking For: 5 years of experience (or equivalent) in heavy equipment repair. Proficiency in reading schematics and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems (including CAN/BUS systems). A well-stocked personal toolbox for equipment repairs (we provide specialty tools). Basic welding and oxy/acetylene cutting skills.
