NO ON CALL REQ Job Requirements Travel experience Case Management experience Schedule Information days, 0800-1700 with a 30 minute lunch occasional weekends as needs arise Unit Specific Information Location: Building: St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center, Floor: ground floor Facility Department Number: 91378 Discipline: Case Management (RN Case Managers and Social Workers) Quantity: 27 Patient Ratios – RN: 1:25, SW: 1:40 Types of equipment – Work Stations on Wheels (WOWs) EMR – Midas, Meditech, Interqual, and Care Port Skill Set Most recruited for: Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters Preferred or nice to have: HCA Case Management Experience, Midas, Interqual, Meditech experience Typical procedures performed on unit: Care Coordination, Discharge Planning Best personality Fit: Good communication, Vast clinical knowledge Dress Code: Navy Scrubs for RNs, Olive green top and black bottoms for SW and CMA, Business Casual, White Lab Coat Additional Details Will include holidays and any inclement weather issues that may arise.
