Daily Census: 175. 56 bed ED Years of experience REQ: Minimum 2 years' experience required First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: Will work every other weekend RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours Job Requirements Must have active IL license in hand to apply Special Requirements: General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi experience required Required Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response Skills/Experience: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, Obtain 12 lead EKG Required IV Therapy/Phlebotomy Skills/Experience: Blood Product Administration, Phlebotomy, Starting IVs Required Medication Skills/Experience: Continuous IV sedation, Emergency Medications, IV vasopressors, Procedural Sedation Administration Required Neurological Case Skills/Experience: CVA, Spinal cord injury, Traumatic Brain Injury Required Orthopedic Skills/Experience: Manage/apply splints Required Pediatric Case Skills/Experience: Abdominal pain, Asthma, Head injury, Identifying and reporting abuse, Infections, Poison ingestion, Respiratory infections, Seizures, Skin Disorders Required Psychiatric Case Skills/Experience: Acute Psychosis, Drug overdose, Managing violent behavior, Suicidal patient Required Respiratory Case Skills/Experience: Chest tube insertion/management, Intubation Required Professional Topics and Skills: Isolation Precautions, Triage Cerner experience required Schedule Information Shift: 4x12 Nights (1845-0715) - can accommodate 3x12s if a candidate prefers Weekend REQ: Will work every other weekend Open to accommodating block schedule?
