This exam must be successfully completed before the nurse can attend Orientation. Neuro Med/Surg Tele Nurse Need: 3South is a Med/Surg Telemetry Certified Stroke Center as well as a Level IV Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU). While most patients have a neuro-related diagnosis 3S also serves as a telemetry overflow unit for other patient populations which allows the nurse to practice skills other than neuro. Required: Neurology experienceMS/Tele experienceBLSACLSNIHSSBasic EKG testing required and provided by the agency through Prophecy Relias.
