  • Experience in the Health Care Services industry
  • Experience with calendar management software such as Outlook or Google Calendar

  • Maintain calendars and schedule appointments for team members
  • Handle general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
  • Make travel arrangements for team members
  • Answer and direct phone calls on a multi-line phone system
  • Assist with general office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining records
