Front Desk Care Coordinator (Receptionist) – Physical Therapy Clinic

We currently have a GREAT OPPORTUNITY for a CARE COORDINATOR to work at our OSKALOOSA physical therapy clinic. This position is a full-time, hourly position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. The role will complement and work alongside another Care Coordinator to provide prompt and courteous service to our clients and team. There will be times when this person will work independently at the front desk. 


RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but are not limited to)

  • Deliver excellent customer service and client experience
  • Director of first impressions and continued client engagement including in-person, over the phone and email correspondence
  • Reviewing and explaining therapy services and insurance benefits to clients and communicating consulting services to employers.
  • Assisting with completion of client paperwork
  • Work collaboratively to implement front desk processes and related tasks such as: scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and inputting information into the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Supporting the clinical provider team by relaying and coordinating treatment information from referring providers and / or employers for consulting services.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
  • Minimum of 1 year in a medical office or office setting
  • Experience working with or knowledge of EMR software, Microsoft office
