Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; establish and execute individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Offer therapeutic services, monitor student progress, and adapt treatment strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to enhance communication outcomes for students.
• Perform screenings, maintain precise records, and take part in multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Advocate for students' communication needs, keep up with the latest trends, and engage in continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Virginia Teaching Certification optional
• Virginia SLP license required
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
• Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
  • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
