Start date: Orientation held every other week on Friday

Years of experience REQ: 2 Years RN Experience; 1 Year of In-Specialty Experience
- NO First Time Travelers – travel experience required
Weekend REQ: Yes
Certs REQ: BLS
Call Requirement: Self schedule will have some weeknights and weekends. Discuss in interview
100mi. Radius Rule (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval)
WV/Compact RN License required - can submit with pending RN license
RTO Restrictions: none
Guaranteed Hours: 40
Special Requirements: pediatric experience
MUST BE PROFICIENT IN THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
*Plastics ( Abdominoplasty, Breast Aug, Free Flap – Microvascular, Mastectomy with tram flap reconstruction)
*General (including colorectal/colon resections, laparoscopic assisted surgeries, whipples, liver resections, thyroids, mastectomies),
*ENT (Endoscopic sinus procedures; Laparoscopic assisted cases; Laryngectomy; Mastoidectomy/Tympanoplasty/Stapedectomy; Radical neck dissection; Septoplasty/R; hinoplasty, Tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy; Tracheostomy)
*Endoscopic Procedures (Brochoscopy, Colonoscopy, EGD, Peg tube placement/exchange)
*PEDI ENT (Myringotomy with tubes, Tonsillectomy/adenoids)
Scrub ENT Surgery (trachs, laryngectomies, radical neck dissections),
*Urology (circumcision, cystoscopy),
*Robotics (gyn, colorectal, da vinci si surgical system, gastrointestinal robotic surgery, gynecological robotic surgery, hernias, lap nissens)
*GYN (abdominal/vaginal hysterectomies, posterior/anterior repairs).
Submission Requirements:
Perm employees cannot return to CAMC as a traveler for 2 Years after last day worked perm
Flu Shot: Please DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO REFUSES FLU SHOT WITHOUT MEDICAL PROOF. CAMC requires all personnel take flu vaccine unless they have allergy documented by an allergist or physician record. CAMC FLU SEASON IS OCTOBER 1st - MARCH 31st. NOT REQUIRED OUTSIDE OF THAT WINDOW.
