Position Overview:
As an Oral Surgeon at AOMS, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced surgeons, providing a wide range of surgical procedures including extractions, dental implants, corrective jaw surgery, and more. You will have complete autonomy in practice, access to a robust patient base and a supportive administrative team to ensure a smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures with the highest level of expertise and care
* Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans
* Provide patient education on surgical procedures, post-operative care, and oral health maintenance
* Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards
* Participate in continuing education to stay current with advancements in oral surgery
Qualifications:
* DMD/DDS degree from an accredited dental school
* Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program
* Board certification or eligibility
* Valid state dental license and DEA license
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
