Max Auto Glass is the auto glass division of Sun Auto Tire Services Inc., and the sister company to BRAKEmax, Wilhelm Automotive, and Sun Devil Auto Car Care Centers in Arizona.

Max Auto Glass supports all 3 brands for their customer’s auto glass needs. Max Auto Glass currently operates throughout Phoenix, Tucson, and the surrounding areas. We are a preferred insurance provider for all major insurance companies and have a long track record of excellent customer service!

We are looking for a happy, high energy, motivated salesperson to support our stores on the sales and service side. This is an inside sales position handling inbound and outbound calls to our car care center clients with auto glass damage.

COMPENSATION: $18/ hour + OT + Commission! Commission structure is uncapped. Average annual earnings $50,000-$72,000. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Availability needed: Monday – Saturday (8:00-5:00) 5-day work week
• Looking for the following characteristics: Polite, Presentable, Honest, Smart, Dependable, Motivated, High Energy, Happy, Ambitious, Conscientious, Respectful
• Strong organizational, computer, and social skills
• Need to be able to type proficiently
• Ability to manage time and stay on task
• Must have a current and valid Driver’s License
• Ability to communicate clearly
