Description

As a Lead Superintendent, you will oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale multifamily projects, ensuring the successful completion of construction within budget, on schedule, and with the highest quality standards. Reporting to the Senior Director of Construction, you will manage field operations, coordinate with project stakeholders, and maintain a proactive approach to solving challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all onsite construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, budget, and timelines.
  • Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to deliver a safe and efficient worksite.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for field operations, providing updates to the Senior Director of Construction and other key stakeholders.
  • Utilize project management software like Procore to track progress, manage schedules, and maintain documentation.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment, addressing challenges with proactive solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.

Profile





  • Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent managing multifamily projects valued at $50M+ from groundbreaking to completion.
  • Extensive knowledge of wood-frame construction and wrap-style builds.
  • Familiarity with construction management software, especially Procore.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
