Director-Marketing & Development

CGRC’s Marketing & Development Director develops, endorses, collaborates, and executes integrated marketing and development strategies to advance CGRC strategic initiatives. The Director partners with internal department leads for Marketing and Brand presence, including Human Resources, Executive Office, Development, and Grant proposals. The Director is innovative with new organizational positioning and revenue-generating ideas! 

Some responsibilities include:

• Brand Ambassador: ensures consistency of CGRC messaging across the organization and externally as appropriate.
• Expands and maintains internal and external marketing through presentations and education to all stakeholder groups.
• Supervises and directs Marketing, Development, and related staff teams
• Oversees the logistics for community awareness activities, development, and special events.
• Work with internal partners as well as external consultants to create and publish collateral materials including customized brochures and flyers.
• Maintains company website and oversees several social media sites including the creation of site content.
• Leads initiatives to better understand the behaviors of consumers, providers, and donors for targeted promotion.
• Supports the strategy conception for Development events.
