Staff Accountant -AP Analyst

The Staff Accountant - A/P will manage full-cycle accounts payable operations while supporting broader accounting functions such as journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role requires precision, collaboration, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Description

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Execute journal entries and prepare financial statements and reconciliations.
• Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger balancing.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with audits, account analysis, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate on process improvements and special projects as needed.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. *REQUIRED*
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
• Proficiency in NetSuite, particularly in AP functionalities (preferred).
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Offer

Guaranteed Bonus in year 1 $84,000 in total cash compensation with a $67,000 base salary

Profit Sharing model with annual bonuses ranging from 15-20%
