POSITION OVERVIEW:

ADB is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join the corporate IT support team. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise applications company wide. The Senior Systems Analyst role will come with experience using innovative thinking and best in class problem solving skills to bring high level product and resolution ideas to our internal users. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, innovative, metrics- and goal driven, with a strong work ethic and an ALL IN attitude.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop, configure, and maintain enterprise applications including Salesforce, UKG, Coupa, Sharepoint and other ERP applications as presented

Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals and requirements for the implementation or replacement of new or existing applications

Create requirement specifications such as, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts

Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements

Manage the setup and configuration of systems being implemented

Define and test the execution of applications to ensure overall quality

Provide documentation of al processes and training as needed

Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor system health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms

Perform design, implementation, and upgrades to meet the business and user needs

Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance and system performance

Research and present emerging technologies to management to identify solutions that can increase the organizations efficiency and effectiveness

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position operates out of corporate headquarters in an office environment, located at 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, smartphones and A/V equipment.

Hybrid role possible

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline

5+ years of system analysis, system configuration and programming preferred
