The Personal Banker will drive the focus of providing an outstanding customer service experience for Western Customers within each of our bank locations. This position will be responsible for assessing the needs of our customers and fulfilling those needs by either performing the work or referring the customer to the appropriate area of the bank. The Personal Banker will perform actions including opening and servicing deposit accounts while also performing teller line transactions for customers. The Personal Banker will ensure to create an environment for our customers that aligns with the Western Way of servicing our customers and taking care of their needs.

The Good Neighbor Club Director will aid in preparing and distributing newsletters, plan and organize trips, seminars, and other activities for the Good Neighbor Club. The Good Neighbor Club is an offering for customers ages 50 or better, bringing people together through exclusive events, activities, seminars, and more.

Duties and responsibilities:

Customer Transactions: Handle transactions with customers in person or via the phone, email, and online in an accurate, professional and efficient manner reflective of our vision, core values, and team guidelines and our ability to provide a superior customer experience. Referrals: Refer customers to other departments in the bank by looking for opportunities to cross-sell and recognizing customer needs and corresponding solutions. Deposit Accounts: Open and service customer accounts in compliance with banking regulations Customer Relationships: Assist in ensuring a positive customer service experience by promoting and keeping open communication lines with all areas of the bank.

Associates Degree and 2 years prior banking customer service experience strongly preferred.

Full-time positions are eligible for full benefit package.
