ABOUT THE JOB
The Business Unit Functional Analyst for the Southern Business Unit (SBU) is responsible for assisting the Business Unit by creating and maintaining tools and reports which aid in business decisions, maintaining the Business Unit SharePoint site, and acting as a point of contact for Business Unit technical needs.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
Researches, designs, develops, and maintains new work process tools.
Develops data reports for purchasing, inventory, management, and other business functions by working with Data Warehouse, Oracle, and any other supplied data.
Maintains Business Unit's SharePoint site by setting up permissions, workflows, new sites, and maintaining structure.
Point of contact for Business Unit technical needs, providing technical support, and receiving and distributing communications to the Business Unit regarding technical issues.
Maintains and updates content and structure of Business Unit's website and other communications.
Reviews website traffic by summarizing, analyzing data, and making recommendations for improvements.
Provides excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
Other work-related duties as assigned by your leader.
Regular and reliable attendance is required.
Follows all company policies and procedures.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or Information Systems is required.
Agricultural experience is a plus.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent interpersonal/problem resolution skills.
Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, with emphasis on Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, and PowerPoint.
Experience with SharePoint.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with VBA, SQL, or other coding languages preferred.
Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks independently.
Ability to travel by various means up to 20% is required.
Ability to read, write and speak in English is required.
Communicating in Spanish is a valuable skill at Helena.
Successful completion of a drug screen and background check
is required for all positions at Helena.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL ASPECTS OF THE JOB
The work environment for this position is that of a typical office environment where the noise level is mostly quiet. This position requires you to use your hands for many different tasks and to talk, hear, walk, stand and sit. You may be occasionally required to lift or move up to 10 pounds.
