The Project Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring successful delivery of projects from award through installation with a focus on exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for executing projects within scope, schedule, and budget throughout the project life cycle.
Responsibilities: Partner with engineering and sales teams to understand project requirements and constraints to complete project plan and conduct internal and external kick-off meetings.
Responsible for creating and managing project schedule, budget, communication plan, and risk register. Responsible for planning and execution of risk management plans.
Align project plan with cross-functional groups, including engineering, quality, and manufacturing. Work with cross-functional groups to develop mitigation plans and corrective actions when necessary.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and third-party inspectors. Build customer relationships, while balancing business priorities. Resolve customer complaints and issues.
Prepare internal and external project reports and conduct project status meetings.
Manage project scope and changes. Prepare, submit, and manage internal and external change orders.
Conducts lessons learned to develop and implement corrective actions. Requirements: Minimum of three years of experience managing complex development or manufacturing projects.
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
Experience interpreting customer specifications, contract terms, and proposals.
JDE systems and Microsoft Project experience preferred.
