3 to 5 years’ experience as qualification test engineer in Industrial domain Good in product level knowledge to integrate the Hardware and Firmware. Hands on in all basic hardware communications like RS232/485/422. SPI, I2C, USB. Hands on experience in Motor and its driver interface. Good in both electrical and mechanical engineering in various aspects of the development and control systems Good in troubleshooting and problem-solving skill. Good Exposure on Environmental testing such as climatic, dust, waterproofness, ESD etc. in in-house and external labs. Fair exposure on EMI/EMC testing such as Power Input. Ability to grasp and understand the system from the supplied documents and determining pass/fail for each EMC/ENV test Experience in Test Plan and Test Report creation Understand already designed or being designed product for certification tests and customer acceptance tests Basic understanding in mechanical tool usage. Understand test requirements and assess the readiness in terms of technical and documentation for qualification certification and customer acceptance testing. Ability to create the Test setup per the Test Procedure and do the dry-run test Good analytical skill in analysis of the test results and failure reporting Excellent knowledge in documentation in preparing design documents, various test cases, customer documents, compliance reports, certification documents etc. Hands on experience with various test instruments Spectrum Analyzer, Oscilloscope, DMM, Power supplies etc. Able to perform minimum level of electrical experiments to troubleshoot the test failures Software knowledge to run the GUI/Application designed to operate the EUT Knowledge on all basic electronic components and its function. Basic skill in soldering and wiring techniques Good documentation knowledge Excellent communication skill – verbal and written communication
