Volt is immediately hiring for a part-time Maintenance Tech Assistant in Fresno CA As a part-time Maintenance Tech Assistant you will: -Assist in performing routine and preventive maintenance on all equipment related to both production and the general facility. - Troubleshoot and repair minor issues related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. - Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the facility, including basic carpentry and painting tasks. - Help Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment. - Respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of work orders. - Follow established safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. This is a Part- Time opportunity The ideal candidate will have: - Basic knowledge of machinery, electrical, and general building maintenance. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and contractors. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Previous experience in a similar maintenance role is preferred. Part-Time Monday – Friday (Flexible hours, 20-28 hours per week). 6am-5pm Pay rate: $18-$22 per hour based on experience.
