Key job responsibilities Key job responsibilities A successful Principal Technical Program Manager should: Be highly autonomous with strong business judgment and problem-solving skills. Have the ability to analyze quantitatively, scope technical requirements, and effectively prioritize project deliverables. Great verbal and written communication skills and can influence cross organizations at the VP level. An ideal candidate for this role has extensive experience in delivering customer facing features through science and engineering innovations. In this role, you will partner with SDEs, Scientists, Product Managers and UX designers to create game changing customer experiences. Basic Qualifications 7+ years of technical product or program management experience 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience 5+ years of software development experience Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The base pay for this position ranges from $159,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,300/year in our highest geographic market.
