A dynamic, full-time Property Management Recruiter position is available at an exceptional Manufactured Home Property Management Company headquartered in Michigan. We seek a 'rock star' to join our top-notch team and contribute to our unique mission and values.

This person will find talent for 70 properties in 15 states. Some positions are property managers, leasing, administrative, and maintenance.

This position is REMOTE.

Responsibilities/Qualifications for this position include:

• Property Management Experience a Must.
• BILINGUAL REQUIRED
• Regularly CALL candidates
• Schedule Zoom, Team, or FaceTime interviews
• Certifications/Re-certifications
• Create a sense of Urgency
• 5+ years as a Recruiter
• Excellent communication and organization skills are necessary.
