Pay: $16.00/hr
1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday
Requirements: The ideal candidate must have excellent Microsoft Office Skills and 3 - 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant. Additionally, proficiency in transferring information from a recorder into Express Scribe to typewritten communication is required.

Job Duties: The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering phones and greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, scheduling and coordinating staff and other meetings, collating and distributing mail, and filling in on answering phones when needed.
