Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Multiple Openings Available)
Location: Onsite in Beaverton, OR
Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday through Friday where you can choose your schedule of 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
Compensation: $20-$21 per hour
Duration: Contract to hire

Job Description:

LHH Recruitment is currently seeking multiple dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistants to join our client's team in Beaverton, OR. Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with Procurement, Accounting and Sales teams to provide internal customer support
  • Provide to start to end support for clients, including running credit checkings, scheduling shipments, invoicing etc
  • Assisting with leases and vendor support
  • Data entry, filing and updating internal systems
  • Prepare reports and maintain spreadsheets.
  • Other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 6 months or more of experience in an office, administrative or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Excel will be used quite a bit in this role - must be comfortable in Excel or willing to learn.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • High School degree or equivalent required.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
