Recruiting Solutions is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to help meet the expectations of our team and our clients by providing quality and timely output.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile timber payments by checking various information from timber buyers.
- Address and resolve discrepancies and issues by working with timber buyers and/or Milliken foresters.
- Prepare statements for clients and foresters using current database.
- Prepare and update Microsoft Excel spreadsheets regularly for varying purposes.
- Prepare invoices in QuickBooks
- Prepare checks and statements for client
- Scanning and uploading documents to files and databases.
- Greeting visitors and phone duties to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and employees.
- General administrative duties.
- Microsoft Office experience with emphasis on Excel, Word, and SharePoint
- Organized and efficient
- Detail-Oriented
- Devoted to quality output
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Eager to provide professional service to internal team and clients
- Able to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Handle multiple deadlines with frequent interruptions
- Provide input on systems and processes
- Have excellent communication skills
