Here's what you'd do: Performs various secretarial and administrative duties for assigned supervisor/manager or senior staff member. Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining alphabetical numerical or subject files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving referring or answering mail. Take and transcribe dictation; uses personal computers and standard desktop software to compose reports, correspondence, and memorandums; reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions about office operations and established policies and procedures. Minimum 2 years of experience with Supply Management. Minimum 2 years of experience with coordinating site events. Minimum 2 years of experience with completing Expense Reports. Minimum 2 years of experience with all Microsoft Office Products. Minimum 2 years of experience supporting director-level management. Minimum 2 years of experience managing multiple calendars.
