Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
- Assist in preparing and processing insurance claims and billing inquiries.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing exceptional customer service.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including data entry and inventory management.
- Facilitate communications between patients and healthcare providers to ensure smooth service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is preferred.
