Temporary Administrative Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a financial services company in Albuquerque. This organization is in search of some temporary office assistance. This role is expected to last for three months, and is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
The Temporary Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. This role involves general office tasks such as managing phone lines, filing, data entry, scheduling, and assisting with various financial services-related administrative duties. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and able to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Perform data entry and maintain filing systems (both digital and physical)
  • Assist with preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Help organize and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the office manager or senior staff
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • A positive attitude and professional demeanor

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
