Job Title: Chargeback Analyst
Location: Hackensack, NJ
Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 (with annual bonus potential)
Job Summary:
We're seeking a Chargeback Analyst to manage the comprehensive chargeback process, ensuring efficient receipt, analysis, resolution, and documentation of distributor submissions.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Chargeback Processing: Manage daily chargeback claims, ensuring timely submissions and resubmissions.
2. Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis and validation of chargeback data.
3. Accounting Collaboration: Work with accounting to manage payments and resolve deductions/discrepancies.
4. Discrepancy Resolution: Proactively address and resolve chargeback discrepancies.
5. Membership Management: Update membership rosters for GPOs, HRSA, and IDN.
6. Contract Administration: Oversee membership and contract affiliations.
7. Data Management: Utilize Model N and Excel to manage data.
8. Stakeholder Communication: Share quarterly pricing updates with stakeholders.
9. Additional Support: Perform tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: 2-5 years in pharmaceutical chargeback processing (Model N or similar systems).
2. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel).
3. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of chargeback processes and contract administration.

Preferred Experience:
Industry Exposure: Experience with large pharmaceutical wholesalers or distributors.
