Job Description

We are looking to fill Forklift Operator/Material Handlers at our Fortune 500 organic material manufacturing company in Cave City, KY. Previous forklift experience is preferred. We offer weekly pay and opportunities for growth!

Hours/Pay:

2nd shift: 4pm-2:30am (10hrs), and will probably see 6pm-630am (12hrs) some days, there will be Saturday work as well.
Pay starts at $18/hr
Will train on 1st shift for 1 month then will transition to 2nd shift

Requirements and Overview

Responsible for performs a safety check of the forklift to ensure it is safe to operate.
Checks fluid levels- For oil, water and fuel before operating the lift
Ensures the packaging lines have empty pallets available and informs the supervisor of the pallet inventory
Removes palletized bags from the production lines and places them on the stretch wrapper
Operates the stretch-wrapper and changes the stretch film as required-
Places palletized bags in inventory and ensuring they are located in the proper rows storing them neatly without damaging other inventory-
Actively participates in plant cleanliness by restacking, picking-up trash and debris, and washing their equipment
Assist with Material Handling duties as assigned
Assist with general warehouse cleaning, including sweeping and taking out trash
