Responsibilities

- Data Entry: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements
- Experience: Must have at least 1 year Allstate experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Customer-Oriented: A genuine desire to help customers and address their needs efficiently.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
