Role & Responsibility:
Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success

  • Process orders, credit notes, complaints, and other requests.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, actively identifying sales opportunities.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Promote and upsell products to meet customer needs.
  • Resolve issues and troubleshoot.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments.
  • Project a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor.
  • Participate in projects as required.
  • Read, understand, and apply all procedures related to your role and all communications from your manager/leads.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of company products.
  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Suggest new and better ways to improve systems, procedures, and customer relations.
  • Complete required daily tasks within the department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant customer service and/or sales experience in an office or call-center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, turning customer interactions into sales opportunities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of "Customer Experience."
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong listening and telephone skills; ability to manage stressful situations appropriately.
  • Team player with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Scheduling flexibility – evening and weekend hours are required, as well as seasonal overtime.
  • Excellent attendance record.
