Salary: $18 - $20/Hour + Bonus

Customer Service Representative will receive:

Customer Service Representative Requirements

• Must have prior customer service/dispatch/scheduling experience
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be able to prioritize and problem solve
• Must be positive and energetic
• Must have computer and multi-line phone experience
• Must have strong desire to grow and learn

Customer Service Representative Requirements Main Responsibilities Include the Following:

• Answer and directing incoming calls
• Take new loss information
• Prioritize new losses
• Schedule service crew appointments as needed
• Appointment follow-up
• Perform basic office duties

• Follow full billing/collection process until money is collected
• Follow the mortgage process for billing structure on every job
• Call every customer with outstanding balance every week
• Meet/exceed criteria set for accounts with outstanding balance aged 90+ days
• Meet with Department Lead weekly or more often to discuss/plan collections issues
• File & appear in small claims court as needed
• Follow post court process

Job Type: Full-time 

Days: Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm or until done

Compensation: $18 - $20/Hour + Bonus
