Famous Smoke Shop is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team! We believe that a sale is not complete until the customer is fully satisfied, and we need the right people to help us achieve that goal.
Position Overview:
As a Customer Engagement Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, responding to customer emails, and managing online correspondences. Your role will involve accurately documenting each customer interaction in our computer system.
This position requires excellent problem-solving skills. If you enjoy solving puzzles and paying attention to detail, this role might be a perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure all information is properly documented.
- Exhibit strong follow-through skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor on the phone, ensuring customers feel valued and appreciated.
- Handle a high volume of work and effectively multitask between phone and non-phone activities.
- Adapt to a dynamic sales environment as part of our e-commerce operations.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office Applications.
- Dependable, reliable, and available to work during the hours of 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts.
- Must be able to work in a smoking environment.
