Responsibilities

Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any further concerns.

Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the system to enhance service delivery.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to improve service processes and share best practices.


Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
