What Our CSR's Do
Our Customer Service team plays a crucial role in fostering lasting relationships with our clients. They are dedicated professionals who spend their days connecting with customers, managing technician schedules, and coordinating services. In addition to offering top-tier support, they actively engage with potential clients, promote our services, solve problems, assist with Accounts Receivable, and handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements
We're looking for a candidate with at least two years of customer service experience and a stable work history. The role requires a friendly, professional phone manner and a positive, customer-focused attitude. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office, Internet/Email, and CRM software are essential. Good problem-solving skills are also a must.
