As a Customer Service rep, you'll play a key role in overseeing customer service needs, addressing challenges with customers and contractors. This role involves significant phone interaction with both external and internal clients. Additionally, the position includes responsibilities in billing and data entry. You'll be part of a team committed to providing daily transportation solutions for our clients worldwide.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining phone communications with clients and contracted couriers.
  • Assisting internal stakeholders with any delivery-related issues.
  • Answer phones and direct calls.
  • Handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and addressing complaints.
  • Monitoring the progress of delivery routes.
  • Performing billing and data entry tasks.
  • Assigning delivery routes to couriers.
  • Ensuring unloading procedures for returning deliveries are completed at the end of each day.
  • Taking on additional tasks as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role focused on issue resolution and customer support.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to resolve issues effectively.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure while providing high-quality solutions for customers.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
