Who We’re Looking For  

We are looking for a passionate and customer-centric Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and building positive relationships. In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving their inquiries promptly and efficiently. 


Primary Focus & Responsibilities: 

  • Professional phone & written skills: must be able to cold call potential customers comfortably as well as communicate with existing customers  
  • Manage customer accounts: understand customer contracts & ensure obligations are met 
  • Proactively communicate with customers & respond promptly to customer inquiries 
  • Work in a team environment while creating and delivering individual results 
  • Understand client's services and operations thoroughly to best assist customers  
  • Manage customer support tickets to ensure the customers inquiries are taken care of
  • Conflict resolution 
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and other departments  
  • Keep records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints in an organized manner  
  • Monitoring emails (both internal and external) to ensure communication is being handled professionally and in a timely manner 
  • Assist the Operations team with tasks that may arise throughout the day   


Qualifications  

  • High School diploma 
  • 2 year of customer service experience in the Trucking industry required
  • Computer and technology proficiency & ability to type at least 55 WPM 
  • Excellent attendance is essential for this position to be successful 
  • Ability to work on weekends on a case-by-case scenario or as needed and identified by supervisor 


Physical Qualifications  

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer 
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times 
  • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate, interact, and work with individuals and groups utilizing multiple platforms
