We are looking for a full-time, self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team!

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to promote and represent our client's brand in retail settings. You will act as the face of our clients, interacting with customers, providing product information, and ensuring a positive brand experience.

As a CSR, you will continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and promote brand loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with our client's customers face to face in a retail setting

  • Respond to potential customers with inquiries about products and services, as well as other customer service-related inquiries.

  • Collaborate with our internal sales team to identify sales opportunities for both new and existing accounts.

  • Engage in internal training programs to enhance your knowledge of new and existing product offerings

The ideal candidate will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years or Bachelor's a PLUS.

  • 1+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing PLUS.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Positive attitude and team player mindset.

  • Ability to work in a flexible, team-oriented environment that requires the ability to adapt to changing priorities and priorities.
