Job Description
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a outgoing, positive, team player to join their winning team for the role of Licensed Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Must have or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license.
The main role is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Ideal candidate is a professional with a great attitude and outgoing personality! Someone who has 'never met a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, works well with their peers, and has a true passion for helping others.
Important: This is an In-office only position. No remote worker options.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
