Core Focus:

The Customer Service Representative should be experienced in building strong relationships and providing key data in a team environment. The Customer Service Representative should also be dependable and have excellent organizational and time management skills.

Role and Responsibilities:

· Customer Service, handling accounts for general warehouse

· Track/Coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials

· Order supplies and maintain suitable inventory levels

· Check orders, BOLs, items received, inventory, and delivery for accuracy

· Maintain records, report relevant information, and prepare any necessary documentation

· Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations

· Communicate and coordinate with customers

· Actively support our company programs (Safety, 5S, Standardized Work, etc)

  • Follow up on all Customer Service concerns and to ensure that daily reports are sent to the assigned customer.
  • Ensure that all external and internal e-mails have been addressed.
  • Handle customer’s calls and inquiries.
  • Work with Client to strengthen the relationship with all customers.
  • Research customer discrepancies and follow up with root cause
  • Works closely with department managers to identify customer behaviors that drive inefficiency and or unnecessary cost.
  • Performs housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe work environment

· Pick and Process orders when volumes are high

· Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor

Required Experience/Abilities:

· Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule (daily/weekend overtime mandatory) as needed to support our business

· Detail oriented

· Must possess a positive “can do” attitude

· Ability to obtain an MHE license(s), and operate the equipment safely and skillfully

· Lead/facilitate a workplace culture of “Safety/Quality/Productivity” priorities

· Train/Enforce an expectation of standard operating procedures & “Stop/Call/Wait” methodology

· Excellent attendance and punctuality is a must

· Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for walking/standing long periods of time

· Ability to lift or move up to 35 lbs. on a repetitive basis

· Able to see/speak/hear appropriately in a warehouse environment, supporting a safe workplace

· Must lead with company Core Values.

Preferred Skills:

· Excellent working knowledge of WMS/RF equipment (order fulfillment, inventory, etc)

· High School Diploma (or equivalent) and related training (Microsoft Office products)

· Familiarity with the use of the pallet jack, and other necessary warehouse equipment

· Experience working in 3rd Party omnichannel environment to include shipping to wholesalers, store retail, and ecommerce fulfillment
