Job Description
* CSR receptionist will focus on customer service which includes cross selling opportunities. Ideally looking for someone with a great attitude, willing to learn everything the industry has to offer! Licenses not required for hire.
* Once licensed to solicit and sell insurance, no prospecting needed, leads are funneled into agency aggressively. Average CSR makes over $500/mo. in additional sales commissions and bonuses. Opportunities for promotion/advancement into a well paying career available depending on effort .

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Return all phone messages promptly.
- Attend to walk-in customers as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service including commission generating cross sell solutions.
Once Licensed:
- Maintain high level of customer service.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
- Quote new prospects with insurance proposals.
Requirements
$500 Sign on bonus with both P&C and L&H licenses.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Must have the ability to multi-task.
- Great customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Licenses can be acquired within six months after hire with paid training to acquire licenses.
