The Customer Service Representative will report directly to the Internal Sales Manager. This person would also work collaboratively with other Internal Sales Representative Team Members as well as Marketing, Regional & Territory Sales Groups, Manufacturing Reps, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing & Planning members.

The primary goal for each Internal Sales Representative Team Member is to build and strengthen both internal and external customer relationships.


Responsibilities include:

· Fulfilling Customer Opportunities such as Quoting, Purchase Orders, Expediting and any other requests the Customer may have.

· Data Entry of Opportunities, Quotes & Sales Orders.

· Contract/Purchase Order Review: This would include reviewing Customers Purchase Order to be sure our Internal Sales Order matches. Most importantly, review of the Customer Drawing Revision Levels as well as Quality Clauses.

· Respond to team members, both internal and external, quickly and be proactive for your customer’s needs.

· Develop strong and productive internal and external relationships with all Delta team members and customer contacts.

· Communicate professionally and respectfully to all internal and external team members.

Requirements:

This is an ideal position for a candidate who wants to learn business-to-business customer service operations and who has the willingness and drive to make a difference.

  • 3 to 5 years of Experience working in an Internal Sales Manufacturing Environment
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive. Ability to work within a custom database using Microsoft Access a plus.
  • Must be able to Multi-Task
  • Outstanding verbal and written skills.
