Training will take place in office.
After training, the position will be hybrid including occasional days in office and working from home.

Looking to hire multiple high energy, Hybrid Customer Service Representatives in a Call Center Setting to manage customer queries and review accounts. You will be asked to process orders and make modifications as needed.
To do well in this role, you will need a positive attitude and experience working with computers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Knowing products inside and out so that you can answer questions
- Processing orders, forms, applications and requests
- Keeping records of customer interactions
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) preferred
- Comfortable using computers
- Excellent Telephone Etiquette
- Experience working with customer support
- Able to learn different company plans & explain them to clients
