Customer Service Representative
Reports to: VP of Operations
Job Description: Digital Matrix Systems (DMS) is looking for a positive and professional customer service representative to join our team in Plano, TX. This job requires a self-motivated individual capable of providing technical support to DMS customers. The candidate needs the ability to understand new technologies, write testing documentation, provide courteous and professional customer service, and make application recommendations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Troubleshooting common issues with a DMS product or service.
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions.
- The knowledge of, and ability to assist in, the complete support of the DMS product suite.
- Work as a part of a team in identifying customer issues, providing technical support for customers and testing system application changes.
Qualifications: (candidate must meet all of these)
- Experience working with customers and providing technical support.
- Quick learner, Self-motivated, excellent analytical and team player.
- Consumer credit bureau knowledge is preferred.
- High school diploma, associate degree, GED.
- Ability to remain calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Good listening and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal communicator and interpersonal skills.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
