We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Customer Service Rep. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve their inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience.

Salary:
$20.25- $28.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally and effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Provide support to the sales team by assisting with order entry and documentation.
  • Update customer accounts with relevant information and maintain accurate records.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
